Vīru kora “Imanta” koncerts

On October 3 at 17.00 in Bērzaines Tautas namā the concert “Ar dziesmu par dzīvi” of the Valmiera Culture Center men's choir “Imanta” (conductor Marika Rolmane, choir masters Solvita Eliņa, Līga Īvāne) will take place, heralding the upcoming 75th anniversary of the choir.

The concert will feature:

Aloja culture house mixed choir “Ale”;

Viljandi men's choir “Sakala”;

Rīga Small Guild women's choir “Ausma”;

Valmiera Culture Center men's choir “Imanta”.

Admission: 3 EUR.

“Imanta” is the oldest men's choir in Vidzeme. The choir was founded in the old culture house of Valmiera on April 22, 1952, but the name “Imanta” has been used by the choir since September 8, 1955.
