Dzejas dienas Dikļos: dzejkoncerts “Seni nostāsti, teikas un balādes Dikļos”

On September 16 at 18.00 poetry concert “Seni nostāsti, teikas un balādes Dikļos” will take place at Dikļu pagasta bibliotēka. Meeting with poet Daina Sirma and musician Ansis Sauka.

This year the motto of Dzejas dienas is “Dzeja dzied!”, encouraging us to think about the fact that poetry has been present in human life since ancient times, when poetry and music were an inseparable whole, in which rhythm and word served as a common language. In these Dzejas dienas we invite you to follow rhythmic and inspiring poetry that can not only be read, but also listened to, poetry with and without musical accompaniment, poetry to listen to and hear.
