Have you ever felt how relationships suddenly get tangled in an unentanglable knot? A longer gaze, the aroma of expensive perfume, a couple of extra glasses of wine, an awkward kiss... and voila – you are already in the epicenter of an elegant catastrophe!

Office noir with a flirtatious aftertaste, precisely into such get tangled the heroes of the play based on motives of Australian playwright Ron Elisha's play “Unsolicited Male”, Zeke and his assistant Wendy. After two years of successful collaboration, a single evening outside the office walls disrupts the entire perfectly organized working routine, and a sharp, modern tango of relationships begins. While Zeke struggles with pangs of conscience and tries to save the situation, Wendy tries to understand whether her boss is a reliable partner, or just another man with his hidden motives. However, in this entangled dance of feelings they are not alone. Coming to help are both best friends or their own “inner voices”, whose ''genial'' advice makes the situation only more complicated. Everyone has their own interpretation of what is allowed and not allowed in an office romance.

Since everything most essential – illusions, misunderstandings, and power games – happens precisely in the heroes' heads, director-provocateur Dž. Dž. Džilindžers has boldly removed everything superfluous in this production. It is a performance that you do not just watch, but experience. There are no decorations on the stage. There is no props. There are no boundaries! There is only pure, electrifying acting and a space that turns on your imagination at full capacity. Actors physically have nothing, but at the same time – they have everything. Every movement and every look creates a world that exists only for one evening and right in your head. The spectator here becomes a co-creator, seeing and feeling much more than what is actually on stage.

To portray such a flight, truly exceptional talents are needed. On stage unite the stars of the movie hit “Perfektie” – Mārtiņš Egliens, Dārta Daneviča, and Linda Kalniņa, who together with the charismatic Mārtiņš Upeniek create such chemistry that it gets truly hot in the hall. This is an intellectual fencing, where instead of daggers there are sharp heels and even sharper dialogues, where you can laugh from the heart about how virtuously we manage to complicate our own lives. The play offers subtle irony and accurate jokes about the differences in thinking of both sexes. About how differently two people can experience the same evening, that the boundaries between flirt and power, between desire and manipulation are very fragile. Dž. Dž. Džilindžers in this production plays with the audience's perception, making both laugh and think.

Forget about phones, let yourselves indulge in two acts of pure theater excitement and quality humor about situations in which everyone of us has ended up.

See the invisible and come to let go!
