Festivāls "Pink Noise". Intars Busulis Lush Life Kvintets Vol. 2

Following the completely sold-out spring concert and standing ovations, the music festival Pink Noise Riga announces the return of Intars Busulis and the Lush Life Quintet. The quintet's second premiere, or Vol. 2.

During the festival's spring session, the masterful interplay and dialogue between Intars Busulis and saxophonist Gints Pabērzs became one of the most emotional events of the festival. The quintet, which also features pianist Matīss Žilinskis, double bassist Toms Poišs, and drummer Rūdolfs Dankfelds, will once again interpret and restore the pearls of jazz (and other) classics with aristocratic flair.

The quintet's performance will serve as an organic prelude to the autumn culmination of the festival Pink Noise Riga, where on the following day, the 1st of Advent, world jazz legend Wynton Marsalis will visit Riga for the first time together with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the popular Big Band Holidays program, with which the legendary orchestra will perform outside the US for the first time.
