Veselības veicināšanas aktivitāte "Ropažu apļi 2026"

Also this year, Ropažu municipality will host the sporting activity "Ropažu apļi 2026", inviting residents and guests to engage in regular physical activities and test their endurance. The event will take place from May to October.

The event format is simple and accessible to everyone – within 30 minutes, participants complete as many full laps in the stadium as possible at a pace suitable for them. Participation is open to runners, Nordic walkers, and those who choose an active walk.

The event takes place every Thursday from May 28 to October 1 at the Ropažu stadium.

Registration for participants – from 18.40. Start – 19.00.

The aim of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle, residents' physical activity, and community cohesion. It is suitable for participants of various ages and fitness levels – from children to seniors.
