Ūdens aerobikas nodarbības senioriem

As part of the project, free water aerobics classes for seniors are organised.

September class schedule:

14.09.2026. at 15:00 – 16:00;

21.09.2026. at 15:00 – 16:00.

Target group: residents of Ludza municipality over 54 years of age.

Duration of the class: 60 minutes.

Venue: Ludza swimming pool (P. Miglinīka iela 27B, Ludza, Ludza municipality).

The classes are led by Iluta Kaupuža.
