Bezmaksas peldēšanas nodarbības mazuļiem kopā ar vecākiem

Within the framework of the project, free swimming classes for toddlers together with parents are organized.

Target group: parents together with toddlers aged from 3 months to 2 years.

During the classes:

the toddler is gradually accustomed to water;

a sense of security and a positive experience are promoted;

parents acquire practical skills for working with the child in the water.

Early introduction to water helps the child to learn swimming skills more easily in the future, and also provides several benefits:

the nervous system is calmed;

muscles are relaxed;

immunity is strengthened;

sleep quality improves.

Times of occurrence:

14.09.2026. from 14:00 – 15:00;

21.09.2026. from 14:00 – 15:00;

28.09.2026. from 14:00 – 15:00.

Duration of the class – 1 hour.

Place of implementation: Ludza swimming pool (P. Miglinīka iela 27B, Ludza, Ludza Municipality).

Classes are led by Iluta Kaupuža.

Classes will be organized in groups. The planned number of participants in one group is up to 6 toddlers together with accompanying persons.
