Bezmaksas peldēšanas nodarbības mazuļiem kopā ar vecākiem

Within the framework of the project, free swimming classes for toddlers together with parents are organized.

Target group: parents with toddlers aged 3 months to 2 years.

During the classes:

the toddler is gradually introduced to water;

a sense of safety and positive experience is promoted;

parents acquire practical skills for working with the child in the water.

Early introduction to water helps the child to learn swimming skills easier in the future, and also provides several benefits:

the nervous system is calmed;

muscles are relaxed;

immunity is strengthened;

sleep quality improves.

Schedule:

14.09.2026. 14:00 – 15:00;

21.09.2026. 14:00 – 15:00;

28.09.2026. 14:00 – 15:00.

Duration of the class – 1 hour.

Location: Ludzas peldbaseins (P. Miglinīka iela 27B, Ludza, Ludzas novads).

Classes are led by Iluta Kaupuža.

Classes will be organized in groups. The planned number of participants in one group is up to 6 toddlers together with accompanying persons.
