Starptautiskais ērģeļmūzikas festivāls – ORGANismi

This autumn, the Latgale Embassy GORS will host the 11th International Organ Music Festival "ORGANismi" – a special event that over the years has become one of the most significant organ music festivals in Latvia.

Since the first festival in 2015, "ORGANismi" has offered listeners to discover the diversity and unlimited artistic possibilities of the organ as a concert instrument. The festival unites different eras, styles, and art forms, creating a unique sound and new musical adventures.

➤ The artistic director of the festival is the world-renowned, Rezekne-born organist Iveta Apkalna, who is considered one of the leading organ soloists in the world.

➤ The festival title "ORGANismi" symbolizes the interaction of the organ, various arts, eras, and styles, revealing ever-new and unexpected sound possibilities.

➤ Listeners will be welcomed by special concerts, outstanding artists, and musical surprises that will allow them to rediscover the diversity of the organ sound.
