Pasākums "SKANAM | 13/09"

"SKANAM" "Skaņu Muižā 360" is a series of public events dedicated to spatial sound and contemporary musical thinking. Each "SKANAM" evening is a specifically defined event centered around the listening experience in a spatial sound concert hall.

The authors of the events are composers and sound artists who have been in residence at "Skaņu muižā 360" and created their works right here, working with the acoustics of the space, sound placement, and the soundscape of this location. During "SKANAM" evenings, artists introduce full or partial works created during their residency.

Unlike broader daytime events in nature, "SKANAM" is a concentrated cultural experience – without picnics, without wandering around the territory, with full attention to the sound and the listening process.
