Opera "Toska"

Giacomo Puccini's masterpiece "Toska" returns to the stage of the Latvian National Opera. In the production created by director Dmitry Bertman, the passion of the operadiva Tosca and the artist Cavaradossi is played out in the magnificent interiors of Rome.

The luxurious rooms have also become a background for the peripeteia and resolution of the relationship between Tosca and the head of the secret police Scarpia, which culminates in Tosca's subconscious in the final act.
