Mediju mākslas un tehnoloģiju festivāls “Update”

The aim of the project is to create an educational program to provide participants with the opportunity to gain a broader international perspective in the field of media art and technology. Thanks to the involved technology professionals and artists, it is planned to create a public program that will enrich Liepāja's cultural sphere with unique media and digital art events. Three media art and technology festivals are planned - in 2025, 2026, and 2027. Each festival will consist of various workshops and masterclasses for both professionals and any spectator. At the end of the festival, an exhibition is planned summarizing the results of the workshops and the works of international artists. Organized by: association "ASTE.
