DZIEDOŠĀS ĢIMENES. LIELKONCERTS. Jaunā programma

The television show "Dziedošās ģimenes" once (season 1 in 2009) was the viewers' favorite Sunday evening broadcast for five seasons. It radiated warmth, kindness, friendship, joy, family values, and music. The project united many musical and singing families from all over Latvia. Already beloved songs by Latvian composers, folk songs, and even some world hits were dressed in new sounds in thematic concerts. Families prepared for the concerts with great responsibility and love, bringing the values and traditions of their family to the stage.

Now more than 15 years have passed since the first season of the TV show. Children in the singing families have grown up, weddings have been celebrated, children have been born, sung, rejoiced, and cried, but only the warmest memories and good friends have remained from the times of the broadcast. Participants of many singing families have continued their musical paths and sing in various musical formations to this day.
