#BEACTIVE DAY Mother and baby fitness and group fitness for children from 3-5 years of age. 10:00-11.00 – fitness for mothers together with babies led by a physiotherapist. 17:00-18.00 – group fitness with an obstacle course for children from 3-5 years of age led by a physiotherapist. Fitness is free of charge! Registration is mandatory by writing an email (svc@loc.lv) using #BEACTIVE DAY Māmiņu vingrošana or #BEACTIVE DAY Grupu vingrošana bērniem. No prior knowledge or special preparation is required. Changing rooms will be provided. It is recommended to arrive ~15 minutes before the start.
