Teātra izrāde “Bezkaunīgie veči”

On September 17 at 19.00 at the Kauguri Culture House, Smiltene Folk Theatre play “Bezkaunīgie veči”. At the center of the play written in exile by the notable Latvian writer Anšlavs Eglītis is pensioner Jānis Bertolds, whom the family perceives only as a breadwinner, while his wife Zuzanna commands every detail, so for the sake of peace he has moved to live in a garage. An encounter with a youth friend, the refined bachelor and bon vivant Longins Lauksmanis and former schoolmate Askolds Olts changes the lives of all three pensioners.
