Sv. Miķeļa svētki Alsungā

From September 25 to 27, Sv. Miķeļa svētki will take place in Alsungas pagasts – one of the most important and large-scale cultural events of 2026. During the three days, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the Suiti cultural heritage, attend tradition-rich events, a market and festive concerts.

September 25 program:

At Alsungas Kultūras namā

16.00 – Opening of the art exhibition of French artist Martine Lafon.

19.00 – Juris Vizbulis concert „Gaisa pilis”. Admission: 10 euros.

At Alsungas Sv. Miķeļa Romas katoļu baznīcā

17.00 – Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Rosary.

18.00 – Holy Mass. Litany in honor of Saint Michael the Archangel.

20.30 – „Sapņotavā”: Kārlis Kazāks acoustic concert.

Throughout the day at Alsungas Bibliotēkā – Dzintars Leja photo exhibition and Zaiga Gulbe poetry.
