Stresa mazināšanas rotaļlietu meistarklase

On 23 September at 16.30, a stress-relief toy masterclass will take place at the youth centre “Hēlijs” (Dreimaņu iela 12, Mārupe). During it, participants will make their own anti-stress toy, as well as learn more about stress, its signs and ways to cope with it more successfully in everyday life. We invite every young person who wants to gain practical ideas on how to feel calmer and more confident at school and beyond.
