Seminārs uzņēmējiem “Vadība jaunā darba laikmetā: pārmaiņas, AI un cilvēkprasmes uzņēmuma attīstībai” Ogrē

On 16 September from 10.00 to 14.00 in the Ogre Central Library, the first seminar of the Entrepreneur Academy series "Leadership in the New Era of Work: Changes, AI and Human Skills for Company Development". Company owners, managers of various levels and team leaders are invited to participate in the practical seminar.

Technologies and artificial intelligence open up new opportunities for company development, but the implementation of changes is often hindered by team insecurity, fatigue, resistance or communication difficulties. In the seminar, participants will gain practical tools that will help recognize and successfully manage these situations.

The seminar will examine:

how the human factor affects the implementation of technologies and artificial intelligence;

how to maintain team motivation, resilience and the ability to make decisions during changes;

how to lead difficult conversations, reduce conflicts and create a psychologically safe work environment;

how a leader can maintain clear focus under conditions of increased tension.

In the practical part, participants will assess the change load of their company or team, identify the most significant risks and determine a specific course of action to improve the situation.

The seminar will be led by Diāna Považnaja (Mg. psych., Mg. oec.) – work and organizational psychologist and change management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, including senior management.
