Publiskās apspriešanas tiešsaistes sanāksme par detālplānojuma īpašumā “Randladiņi”

On 27 August 2026, the Saulkrasti Municipality Council adopted Decision No. 640 "On the Submission of the Redaction of the Detailed Plan for the Property "Randladiņi" for Public Consultation and Receipt of Institutional Opinions".

The purpose of developing the detailed plan is to create preconditions for the division of the property into land units for detached house construction and for the establishment of the infrastructure necessary for their management.

The solutions of the detailed plan provide for the division of the territory into 10 land units. Residential construction is envisaged in land units No. 1 – No. 9. In the said land units, the minimum area of the newly formed land unit is set at 0.5 ha, the building density at 8%, the minimum free green area at 50%, and the maximum height of buildings at 10 m (up to two storeys). One residential house is permitted to be placed in each land unit. Land unit No. 10 is intended to ensure transport and engineering infrastructure for the planned residential construction.

The public consultation period of the detailed plan is 30 days, from 14.09.2026 to 13.10.2026. The public consultation meeting on the ZOOM video conferencing platform will take place on 28.09.2026 at 17.00.
