Pop-up restorāns ar Markusu Žamoidiku

On 10 October, the Mujāni community house invites lovers of taste, gourmets and anyone interested in food, flavour nuances and the stories they carry.

This time we invite you to experience and celebrate new taste experiences, because our one-day pop-up restaurant is based on sharing — with food, flavours and what is experienced together.

What does a sharing experience mean?

Chef Markuss Žamoidiks will have prepared three different snacks, two main courses and a dessert. All dishes are meant to be enjoyed together, shared and to let each flavour unfold at its own pace. It will be an opportunity to get to know various flavour combinations, nuances and textures — and to choose for yourself how widely to open up to a new taste experience.

As usual, special attention will be paid to seasonal and Latvian-grown products, allowing them to reveal themselves in a new and unusual way.

Markuss Žamoidiks is a new-generation chef with experience in Michelin restaurant kitchens and a great passion for creating interesting, expressive and powerful flavours. He believes that food must be beautifully presented, but above all else there is always flavour.

In this pop-up restaurant, Markuss invites you not only to enjoy the food, but also to share, to be present and to discover new flavours together.
