Dzejas dienu pasākums “Dzejas autobuss”

On September 14, we invite you to the Poetry Days event “Dzejas autobuss”. “Dzejas autobuss” will run through Ventspils, stopping at three stops – from 10.30 to 11.00 at the Ventspils Bus Station, from 11.15 to 11.45 near the Ventspils Technical Upper Secondary School (65 Kuldīgas Street) and from 12.00 to 12.30 – at Town Hall Square.

In the poetry bus, you will be able to meet Estonian poet and translator Contra, real name Marguss Konnula (Margus Konnula), re-creator, poet, and translator Emija Grigorjeva, and American poet James C. Hopkins.

The poetry readings will be accompanied by Olivers Matvejevs, a student at the Ventspils Music Upper Secondary School and saxophonist.
