Ceļojuma komēdija "Mudīte atkal lido"

On October 5 at 19.00 at the Krustpils Culture Centre, the travel comedy "Mudīte atkal lido"

"I wanted to do this for a long time!" said Mudīte, and on the eve of her sixtieth birthday, she threw everything aside, opened the internet and bought a ticket to Cyprus. All alone! Without her loyal girlfriends, with whom she had been there on her first trip abroad back then, in her youth. Inese, Dzintra and Gunita would gasp at such a step, but oh, how they will envy her when Mudīte tells them how she fared there!

Mudīte's story will be brought to life over the course of one heartfelt evening by the legendary Dace Bonāte.

“Quite often, plays find their director in a rather strange way. For example, the author of this play sent me this work one evening on one of the social networks. Upon reading it, I was convinced that the eccentric yet so beloved Mudīte must be played exclusively by Dace Bonāte. Because her sense of humor, and at the same time her brilliant talent as a dramatic actress, are made for the role of Mudīte. Just like Mudīte, each of us can reach a moment in life, whether you laugh or cry, when you must set out to seek and find yourself anew,” says the play's director Gundars Silakaktiņš.

“I will live this day, no matter what it means. Not exist, but live! And there is a big difference,” says Mudīte herself.
