“Pasaule, pasaulīt” - a story about a time when youthful maximalism was braver than fear and dreams were bigger than reality.

Commemorating one of the pioneers of Latvian pop music, composer and founder of the group “Eolika” Boriss Rezņiks, the song story “PASAULE, PASAULĪT”, created eighteen years ago, is reborn – with new voices, a different breath of time, but the same message.

Six young people in 1980s Riga. Love, friendship, ambitions, and songs that can say more than words. They believe – that they can, that they will, that the future will be different. But life does not always go according to youthful plans. Do dreams withstand time?

“Pasaule, pasaulīt” is not just a story about the past. It is about us – about the belief that remains. About the feeling when you want more, louder, truer. When everything is just beginning...

Names already known in the world of pop music, musicals, and TV shows have been chosen for the roles of the six main characters – Dagnis Roziņš, Linn (Linda Rušeniece), Eduards Rediko, Estere Tauriņa, Toms Kursītis, and Beate Megija Baranovska. In other roles – Toms Kalderauskis, Una Daniela, Artūrs Biķernieks, AnnaKrista, and a dance group of eight young people.
