Bezmaksas peldēšanas nodarbības mazuļiem kopā ar vecākiem

Within the framework of the project, free swimming lessons for babies together with parents are organized.

Target group: parents together with babies aged from 3 months to 2 years.

During the lessons:

the baby is gradually accustomed to water;

a sense of safety and positive experience is promoted;

parents acquire practical skills for working with the child in water.

Early introduction to water helps the child to more easily acquire swimming skills in the future, as well as provides several benefits:

the nervous system is calmed;

muscles are relaxed;

immunity is strengthened;

sleep quality improves.

Times:

14.09.2026. at 14:00 – 15:00;

21.09.2026. at 14:00 – 15:00;

28.09.2026. at 14:00 – 15:00.

Duration of the lesson – 1 hour.

Venue: Ludzas peldbaseins (P. Miglinīka iela 27B, Ludza, Ludzas novads).

The lessons are led by Iluta Kaupuža.

The lessons will be organized in groups. The planned number of participants in one group – up to 6 babies together with accompanying persons.
