Balets "Ilgu zvaigznājs"

An ancient legend tells of seven celestial sisters whose secrets shone brighter than the stars themselves. When one of them reveals her secret of forbidden love, irreversible changes occur in the heavens. Between love and loss, between light and disappearance, a poetic story is born about a power that proves stronger than time, death, and the heavens themselves.

The world premiere of the ballet Ilgu zvaigznājs is offered by composer Ēriks Ešenvalds, choreographer Milana Komarova, set designer Ivars Veinbergs, costume designer Kristīne Pasternaka, video artist Roberts Rubīns, and lighting designer Reinis Smiltenis.
