This autumn, the running series "Veselības skrējiens" is taking place again

Regulations

This year it will take place in six stages with an additional stage as part of the autumn cross-country, covering a wider geography than in previous years.

This year, Veselības skrējiens will take place not only in the usual locations – Carnikava Stadium, the sports and active recreation park "Zibeņi" and Ādaži Stadium – but for the first time also in Kadaga, in the "Ūdensrožu parks".

The best runners in each age and gender group in the overall standings will be awarded with medals and prizes. Athletes will be evaluated not only individually, but also in team standings. Five people participate, and team members must be represented in at least three age groups. Competition results and overall standings will be available at https://fotofiniss.lv.
