Vakance Salas Tautas nama vadītāja amatam (uz noteiktu laiku)

Jēkabpils novada Kultūras pārvalde (registration number 40900009295) announces an open competition for the position of manager of Salas Tautas nams (for a fixed term)

Main duties:

1. To lead, plan, organize and coordinate the work and finances of the tautas nams in accordance with the requirements of laws and other regulatory enactments;

2. To organize the economic matters of the tautas nams and ensure their implementation;

3. To prepare draft documents on the institution's management and economic matters;

4. In accordance with the orders of the management of Jēkabpils novada Kultūras pārvalde, to participate in commissions, working groups and prepare the necessary documentation;

5. To prepare the budget estimate of the tautas nams and coordinate the effective use of the budget;

6. To plan, organize and lead cultural and recreational events at Salas Tautas nams and other event venues, control the use of funds allocated for these purposes;

7. To prepare event plans, prepare event estimates;

8. To participate in project competitions organized by the city, novads and various funds, promote the attraction of funds for events;

9. To build cooperation with mass media, informing the public about events and activities, ensure the advertising campaign of events;

10. To prepare reports to the copyright agency within the specified deadlines, observance of copyright in events;

11. To cooperate with amateur art collectives, coordinate, organize their work and resolve various issues related to ensuring the work of the collectives;

12. To plan premises and time for events and rehearsals, ensure order in the premises before and after events, if necessary, be on duty at cultural events;

13. To control compliance with labor protection, data protection, electrical safety and fire safety regulations during collective classes, concerts and performances.

Requirements for applicants:

1. Higher education in the humanities, in the field of cultural management or professional secondary education in the field of culture and a completed licensed professional development education program in the field of cultural management;

2. Work experience in cultural management;

3. Excellent organizational, communication and cooperation skills;

4. Ability to set priorities, organize and plan work;

5. Conceptual thinking, positive attitude towards innovations, creativity and self-initiative;

6. Orientation towards development and achieving results;

7. Ability to use Microsoft Office software and other programs in the Windows environment at an experienced user level.
