Tiešsaistes seminārs vecākiem “Konfliktu risināšana ģimenē – veselīga komunikācija”

The aim of the seminar is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of parents and family members, helping to build respectful, safe and cooperation-oriented relationships, as well as to constructively resolve everyday disagreements without using violence, humiliation, threats or manipulation. The seminar will be led by psychologist Judīte Iliško.

The class will discuss how to:

– recognize the most common causes of conflict and understand what lies behind anger, reproaches and arguments;

– distinguish healthy communication from destructive communication and recognize habits that escalate conflicts;

– listen to another person so that they feel heard and understood;

– resolve disagreements without humiliation and fear.
