Rīgas ielas tirdziņš

On Saturday, September 19, from 10.00 to 16.00 the traditional Rīga Street Market will take place in Daugavpils. Traders from Latvia, Lithuania and other countries will participate, offering a wide range of food products – home-baked bread and confectionery, honey and bee products, herbal teas, spices, cheeses, sweets, sea buckthorn, hemp and lavender products.

Craft and applied art products will also be available to visitors – woven baskets, wooden utensils, beeswax candles, natural cosmetics, wool and leather products, jewelry and souvenirs, as well as artists' paintings and interior items.

The Rīga Street Market will take place in the section of Rīga Street from Cietokšņa to Stacijas Street, and it is organized by the Daugavpils City Municipality institution “Utilities Management Department”.
