Restorānu nedēļa “Rudens Baudēšana Jelgavas pusē”

This year, the main ingredient chosen for the gourmet week is the so familiar potato, which the participants of the campaign will try to serve in various unexpected variations. The choice fell in favor of the potato because this year marks 470 years since this vegetable was first served at the court of the Duke of Courland-Semigallia. Catering establishments are invited to include local and seasonal products from the forest, land, and water in their menus.
