Nūjošanas nodarbība

Nordic walking classes will take place on Wednesdays from 19.30 to 21.00. Meeting place - at Lāčplēša iela, by the multifunctional velopark, opposite the Aizkraukles novada vidusskola. Participants must bring their own Nordic walking poles. If equipment is needed, please inform in advance by phone +371 29502773.

The classes will be led by sports coach Zigrīda Sprukte.

We invite residents of the municipality to use the opportunity to participate in physical activities free of charge, strengthen health, improve well-being and promote an active lifestyle.
