On Wednesdays from 19.30 to 21.00 Nordic walking classes will take place. Meeting place - Lāčplēša iela, by the multifunctional bicycle park, opposite Aizkraukles novada vidusskola. Please bring your own Nordic walking poles. If equipment is needed, please inform in advance by phone +371 29502773.
The classes will be led by sports trainer Zigrīda Sprukte.
We invite the residents of the municipality to take the opportunity to participate free of charge in physical activities, strengthen health, improve well-being and promote an active lifestyle.
