Lekcija par bērna veselīgas personības attīstību pirmsskolas vecumā

On September 15, 2026, at 16:30, a free lecture "How to promote the formation of a healthy personality. The most important in preschool age." will take place at the preschool education institution "Mārpuķīte". Parents of Bauskas novads and other interested parties are invited to the lecture.

During the lecture, participants will gain valuable knowledge about the child's socio-psychological development in preschool age and will learn how parents, with their attitude, parenting techniques, and everyday environment, can promote the child's emotional well-being and the formation of a healthy personality.

The lecture will cover the following topics:

• stages of socio-psychological development in preschool age;

• developmental tasks of the child at the age of 2–3 and 4–6 years;

• the importance of parents and the surrounding environment at each stage of development;

• the formation of the child's emotion and behavior regulation;

• the importance of setting boundaries and promoting initiative;

• the development of self-esteem in preschool age and the factors that influence it – acceptance, joy, help, clear boundaries, emotional stability, and safety.

The lecture will be led by certified clinical and health psychologist Iveta Krūmiņa.

Duration of the lecture – 1.5 hours.

Participation in the lecture is free of charge.

The lecture is organized within the framework of the project of Bauskas novada pašvaldība "Implementation of health promotion and disease prevention measures in Bauskas novads" (No. 4.1.2.2/1/24/I/003).
