The concert program combines two seemingly different musical worlds - the subtle inner space of chamber song and the theatrical expression of opera, united by a common essence - the human voice as a carrier of emotion and story, speaking both in intimate close-up and dramatic intensity about the soul's longings, strength, and also loneliness.

The concert includes songs and opera arias by F. Schubert, E. Dārziņš, G. Verdi, W.A. Mozart, C. Gounod, as well as F. Lehár.
