Izrāde "Meklējot okeānu"

We invite you to Matīss Ozols' musical monoperformance “Meklējot okeānu”.

The performance is based on Matīss' personal experience – as an actor of the Jaunais Rīgas teātris, he made the decision to give up a stable life and go to New Zealand – to the end of the world, to look for not only the ocean, but also himself.

Matīss says about the performance: “I was looking for a place where the ceiling cannot be reached, where the depths cannot be seen, and where the unknown begins beyond the horizon. That is why I went to look for the ocean. The performance is a serenade to the quarter-life crisis and everyone who has thought at least once in their life – is this really all?”

Location: the courtyard of the Ķekavas kultūras nams. In case of bad weather, the performance will take place in the hall of the culture house.

Admission fee: 5 eur.
