Eiropas folkloras diena "Iesim, bērni, čigānos"

Celebrating European Folklore Day, for the fourth year the ethnographic ensemble "Rikava" of the Rikava Parish Culture House invites you to activities related to exploring traditional culture. This year the event will be dedicated to masking traditions.

At the event, you will be able to get acquainted with the experience of the Latgale Culture History Museum in popularizing masking traditions, listen to the performance of the ethnographic ensemble, and participate in creative activities, for example, assembling gypsy masks yourselves from available materials (everything necessary will be provided).
