Dzejas pietura "Dzeja ir gaisma, kas sasilda cilvēka dvēseli"

We invite you to a heartfelt Poetry Days event “Dzeja ir gaisma, kas sasilda cilvēka dvēseli”, dedicated to the work of poet Jānis Akuraters.

During the event, readings of Jānis Akuraters' poetry and a story about the poet's life and creative heritage will be heard. The poetry mood will be complemented by musical performances, allowing word and music to meet on a special autumn afternoon.

📍 Venue: Akuratera trail near the parish house; in case of rain – at the Ābeļu Tautas namā.
