In September, at Talsu Galvenā bibliotēka poetry is not only read, but also sounds, talks, meets with music, creativity and people. 💚

We invite you to the events of Dzejas dienas — there will be conversations about poetry and translation, meetings with locals and poets, creative activities for children, as well as book openings and a special performance.

Conversation about poetry and translation with Guntars Godiņš.

Meeting with local Daina Strelēvica — radio director, author of puppet plays and lyrics.

19.09. at 11.00

Poetic morning with Andris Akmentiņš, the book “Klātbūtne” and other Bērnu žūrija books.

There will also be creative writing games for children and parents. ✍️

Opening of Inta Poudžiuna's poetry book “Būt”.

Meeting with poet, doctor and Dr. Klauns Rinalds Einiks in the performance “Miers nav padošanās”.
