Without masks and compromises — Daugaviņš and Džilindžers go on a Latvian tour with an open talk show

This autumn, a new and provocative talk show “Pilnīgi atklāti” will travel to audiences in Latvian cities, where two bright personalities will meet on one stage — actor Andris Daugaviņš and director Džilindžers. Two charismatic men, two completely different life paths and evenings in which there will be no pretense or prepared answers.

“Pilnīgi atklāti” is a live talk show about life at full throttle — ambitions, power, women, fame, falls, victories and the ability to rise again after it all. It will be an opportunity for viewers to get to know both artists beyond public stereotypes and to hear stories that have so far remained behind the scenes.

Andris Daugaviņš began his path in jurisprudence, went through insolvency proceedings and complex litigation, until he unexpectedly entered the acting profession, where in a short time he became a bright and recognizable personality.

Džilindžers, on the other hand — from a provincial boy and chess coach — became one of the most provocative, most discussed and brightest theatre and film directors in Latvia, whose works are also known beyond the country's borders.

Both are the same age, but their life paths have been sharply different. Today they are united by sixty years of life experience, risks, victories, mistakes and the courage to speak without masks, without the right answers and without the desire to please anyone. Audiences can expect evenings with irony, self-respect, sharp stories and life experience that cannot be read in books.

The producer and author of the show's idea is Jānis Kļaviņš, costume designer — Ance Beinaroviča, and the organizers — the company “Forte Production”.

“Pilnīgi atklāti” will be shown from 26 September at cultural event venues throughout Latvia.
