Aicinām piedalīties skriešanas seriālā “Tepera takas 2026”

Smiltenē also this year will host the popular running series “Tepera takas 2026”, which invites everyone – both experienced runners and beginners – to actively spend time in nature and strengthen their health.

The competition will take place at the beginning of the Tepera ezers forest near the go-kart track, gathering participants in several stages throughout the season – in May, June, and September. The runs will take place in the evenings from 17.00 to 19.15, and participation in them is free of charge.

Participants will be able to choose the most suitable distance for themselves – 1 km, 3 km, or 5 km – as well as compete in their age group. The competition is suitable for children and youth, as well as adults and seniors, providing an opportunity for everyone to move.

The series will consist of several rounds, and the best results will be evaluated in the overall score. Participants' performance will be recorded with an electronic timekeeping system, while at the end of the season, the best will be awarded.

“Tepera takas” is a great opportunity not only to test your strength and improve your physical fitness, but also to enjoy the joy of movement and meet like-minded people.
